The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with a clean and bright decor. Its location right in Medina center was perfect, as it was close to everything and just a short walk away from Jemaa el Fna. The staff, especially Mohamed, were pretty good too ensure our needs were taken care of. They provided a warm welcome with tea and snacks, helped us stay safe and secure transportation, and were always available to answer our questions.

We had an amazing time staying in a charming riad right in the heart of the bustling Medina. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and all the attractions. Even though it was located down a dubious looking alleyway, once inside, we were transported into a magical world that felt like home. The staff was incredibly helpful, attending to our every need and making us feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated with authentic Moroccan touches, and the rooftop offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, giving us a taste of local cuisine.
The lack of proper shower facilities, as Morocco often uses hand showers.
